With its performance specs, you may think the 2024 Silverado EV skimps on interior roominess. But it’s just the opposite. The cabin feels downright palatial and oozes luxury.
In the front row, the driver and passenger enjoy thickly padded vinyl bucket seats with 12-way power adjustments, including lumbar support. Both front seats are heated and ventilated, too. Despite its radical styling, the 2024 Silverado EV retains serious truck capabilities. With 8.9 inches of ground clearance and a 21.7-degree approach angle, it can traverse rugged off-road terrain or cruise paved city streets with equal ease. For the initial launch, Chevy keeps things simple with just two exterior color choices: Summit White or Black.
The sheer amount of technology onboard the 2024 Silverado EV is astonishing. Anchoring it all is the 17.7-inch diagonal touchscreen display with Google built-in. Chevrolet has stated that additional trims will join the lineup in the coming model years. Future buyers can anticipate new variants, including the mileage-minded WT, off-road-themed Trail Boss, and base LT, to provide expanded choices.

RSTAs the sole 2024 trim level, the RST brings all the features highlighted so far. It also rolls on head-turning 24-inch aluminum wheels wrapped with all-season blackwall tires. An eTrunk underhood storage bin (also known as a “frunk”) maximizes cargo versatility. The Electronic Precision Shift transmission teams with One Pedal Driving to allow stronger regenerative braking that sends more energy back to the battery. A button-based drive interface includes a dedicated button to activate One Pedal Driving mode between drives. Next, the Continuous Damping Control suspension analyzes conditions and adjusts accordingly every two milliseconds for optimal handling.
