I have purchased at least 10 cars in my life time. I always dread the car buying experience, but after yesterday I will never dread it again. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIANCE PURCHASING A VEHICLE AT T TOWN CHECY WITH PEANUT! It only took 1.5 hours total , and that includes test driving. I've been to T-Town Chevrolet a few times during my car buying process. Everyone was always helpful, friendly and patient. When I decided to buy Jacob got the process started. He answered all my questions and was honest when he didn't know the answer but made it a point to ask someone. Chad was the finance person, he explained the entire process. I also met with Farouq (not if I'm spelling his name right, but he had beautiful body art) one of the sales managers, they all helped make the process smooth and easy for me.
Very aware of the customer needs. Had the vehicle prepped and ready for us to test drive. Salesperson professional, knowledgeably, and helpful.

Was originally interested in a Colorado, but decided it was too big for purposes. Decided on a new Malibu, but didn’t have one in stock. Sales person Christian went to work to find us a radiant red with RS package only 200 mikes on it. Traded it from Lafayette dealer and had it the next day. I was preapproved for loan, so the whole process only took a little over an hour. Great car, great price with discount and gm rebate.
