This includes GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts. The warranty is valid as long as the part was installed by a GM dealer. General Motors offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on specific service replacement parts purchased through GM dealerships. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects and includes 24 months of labor coverage (see eligible parts list below):

Effective Date: Warranty applies to eligible parts purchased on or after April 1, 2014, and remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part was installed.

Effective April 1, 2018, General Motors provides 12-month/unlimited-mile warranty coverage on select ACDelco Replacement Parts, including labor, when installed by a GM dealership.

This warranty remains in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle where the eligible part was installed. To file a claim, the purchaser must return the vehicle to a participating Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac dealership and provide proof of installation (e.g., original repair order). Parts are covered in full, and labor is covered up to 2 years from the original purchase date.
