They included me in their lunch deal and washed my car. The oil change always helps and updated me on the multi-point inspection details. Don't be afraid to ask questions because they will answer them.

My experience with an oil change was the best ever. The job was completed in a timely manner and the service was great. My hat off to the service department.

Exceptional Service! My family as I were visiting Tulsa for a few days when my 2024 Equinox died at the light and I was scared to drive it home to OKC. Called Jim Norton T town and Chelsea got my car right in and had a car waiting to take me back to the hotel while they diagnosed it. It was the high pressured fuel pump, she took care of calling the extended warranty and got my car fixed the same day!! I can’t thank Chelsea and T town enough!!!!

Staff was very helpful and respectful. They were informative and thorough making sure my vehicle(s) both personal and company fleet vehicle were taking care of upon my approval.

I always have good service @T-TownChevrolet.service department.. had my oil changed today& that also washed my car.and I have got to know Don the sever manager. Who all was take care of me and my car this time it was Russell.he did a great job.these are the only 2,people i ask for when I go in to have work done on my car.thsnk you guys.
