Russell in the service department has always taken great care of us. The work we've had done over the years has been quality and every person we've interacted with has been kind and helpful. I've used the shuttle service a number of times and the drivers have been nice as well.

Josh Boom went above and beyond with his attention to details. Our vehicle was coming from Bowling Green, KY and it was delayed because of weather. Josh gave us updates without us having to call him. Joy in finance was very knowledgeable and got us a good price on an extended warranty. Service manager took a video of our car when it arrived and sent it to us. When we came to pick up the car, we were greeted with such open arms and felt like an extension of our family.
