Brought my 8 year old son in to see the Corvettes. He was so happy and excited. Got to sit inside one, take photos, and even open top. Jazmin was very nice and helpful with the experience. This made his day and he wants to buy a Corvette now for sure!

I want to take a moment to recognize Russel Donahue at Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet for truly exceptional service. We originally took our 2025 Chevrolet 1500 pickup to a dealership in Lubbock, TX, where it sat from September 7, 2025, through December 10, 2025 without ever being properly looked at. After nearly three months without our work truck, we made the decision to bring it to Tulsa, where our corporate office is located. I called Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet and spoke with Russel, who immediately told me to bring it in. We dropped the truck off on December 11, 2025, and within a week his team had already diagnosed the issue as a warranty transmission repair. Russel kept us informed every step of the way—letting us know the problem, that the part was ordered from Tennessee, and when it arrived. Just two days later, Russel called again to let us know the part had arrived, the repair was completed, and the truck had been test-driven. True to his word, he followed up personally after everything was finished. After being unable to utilize a critical work truck for three months, Russel and his team diagnosed and fixed the issue in just nine days. That level of efficiency, communication, and accountability is rare. We at DDSI are extremely grateful and thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and performance shown by Russel and the entire service team. This experience restored our confidence and set the standard for what dealership service should look like. Thank you, Russel, and thank you Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet.
