I drive by 7 Chevrolet dealerships to have my car serviced here. I think that should tell what I think of their service.

Had 23 Silverado 3.0l in shop for transmission problems. 1st end of Aug took it in and did there diagnostic. Called me set up loaner. Said replacing valve body cause it was out of specs. Back ordered and could take weeks. About a week get call it’s finished. Great. 2nd time took in Jan 3 with worse conditions now. Said he would diagnostic give me a call Monday or Tuesday to make sure and get a rental. Online people waiting for weeks and months. Get call from Jordan saying found one and it’s in your truck just running a few more test. Be ready morning. Manager calls little later says I can come pick it up. They came and picked me up right before closing so I could get back truck. Don’t know how Jordan pulled this off but both time went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much. P.S. unfortunately not too happy with Gm/Cheverlot putting this out knowing they have problems then don’t have parts available and could wait for months. That blows my mind. But as far as the dealership and service they rank number 1in my experiences.

Service was above and beyond. Left my vehicle and came back after running errands. They kept me informed through text messages about everything. Great service!
