I honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was more than just another customer. They really took the time to make the whole process smooth, stress free, and even enjoyable. JL, Murph, Danny and Brandon were absolutely incredible throughout the entire deal. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right truck, not just making a sale. They answered every question I had and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Joy in finance. She made what’s usually the most stressful part feel easy and straightforward. She walked me through all the paperwork, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Oil change was quick and painless. The only issue I had was that the trip meters were reset to zero, as if the battery had been disconnected. I use the trip meters for several purposes, so this was a bother, but there's nothing that can be done after the fact.
