I received A1 customer service today and very pleased with the service I received. I left beyond satisfied and left knowing more than what I did coming in. I was honored to be able to be assisted by Don Hardcastle, a Senior Service Advisor. He made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car and what needed to be done to make sure my car ran smoothly going forward. He made me feel very welcomed and I didnt just feel like a customer in that moment, I felt like family. 10 out of 10 for sure, I would definitely recommend him to assist any and everyone. He made sure I had a full understanding of everything and didnt leave me clueless about anything. Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet you all definitely have the right person working for you all and behind the company. He is an amazing look and an outstanding employee for you all's company. He definitely deserves a raise plus more because he made sure he went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I was well taken care of. With all the questions I asked and all the things I asked him to do, he didnt make me feel as if I was a bother and he seemed as if he was happy to assist me instead of being irritated or frustrated with all my questions.
