I HAD THE BEST EXPERIANCE PURCHASING A VEHICLE AT T TOWN CHECY WITH PEANUT! It only took 1.5 hours total , and that includes test driving. Peanut listened to my concerns, and took the best care of us. The dreaded finance room was terrific as well. Honest, fair and respectful! Thank you!! Best!!

He was very patient with us and kept going back and forth with lenders to get me approved for the exact vehicle I wanted.The entire staff was very nice and professional and they all were very helpful as well. I will definitely be going back to Jim Norton T-Town when we’re ready to trade it in or buy another. I don’t have good credit but they didn’t treat me any differently like all the other lots I’ve been to before that couldn’t make a deal. Anthony and the sales manager worked hard to get me the exact vehicle we picked out. We love our 2020 Chevy blazer RS! Thanks!

Christian was great. He was very attentive and friendly. He was truly excellent in communicating about the 2021 Chev Trailblazer. He was always answering his phone when I had any questions. The dealership was able to get me a second key at no additional cost to me. They also gave me a free oil change. Worked out a great deal on the Tahoe and our trade-in and he delivered it to us on a Sunday because we couldn’t get up to Tulsa from OKC. Everything was done without us ever having to go to Tulsa 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid this dealership at all costs. The finance team, especially HAL SMITH while initially appearing to have your best interests at heart, will not only mislead you about key details but also make unauthorized changes, such as switching lenders without any prior notification. When attempts are made to address these discrepancies, their response was dismiss, gaslight and deny any wrongdoing. Based on these practices, I strongly advice against doing business with this establishment.

Our experience at Jim Norton T-Town was great. I was dreading the car buying process, but when we arrived, Jasmine was ready to help and jumped right into action. She was great to work with and we were impressed with the fairness in price negotiation (the part I was dreading) and also the attention to detail in getting us set up once we had the car we wanted. They were fast and prioritized servicing the car as it was new to the lot. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go back!
