Another great experience, I took my Tahoe in for service maintenance. Don is my service guy, he always take good care of me with great customer service. Alway have a good experience at the dealership.

I came in for an oil change. Jordan took care of me had me in and out less than an hour and I didn't even have an appointment. Very good service and a Alyssa that took my money was a very, very sweet. Great place to go.

First Class Operation over there at Jim Norton. My recent experience couldn't have been better. I say this as a satisfied customer who walked off the lot with in exact alignment with my intentions. I pretty much exclusively dealt with Casey Crump at JN T-Town Chevrolet who made an offer to purchase my vehicle at a very fair price and completed the sale of that vehicle in, what appeared to me as, record time. Her efficiency and knowledge of the process was only outshined by her friendly personality. I didn't once feel pressured or stressed about the process and she put me at ease throughout the entire transaction. Casey has a gift in this area and I advise anyone interested in selling or trading in vehicles, to reach out to her. For me, the time spent in and out of a dealerships, is not something I personally enjoy. However, my situation required a quick move, and Casey was able to make that happen in a surprising, almost miraculous fashion. I am incredibly grateful for the services and attention she provided and Jim Norton is lucky to have her on the team. Keep up the good work. 5 Stars all the way!

Placing service request online was quick and easy! Appointment time I wanted was available and when I showed to the dealership they got me in and out as promised and service was done as expected!
