Great experience, I have never owned a GM product prior to my 2500HD LTZ. Staff was very professional and cordial. I found my first experience with Jim Norton T-Town to be a very pleasant surprise.

Excellent customer service to my salesman Ray Asberry. He knew the SUV inside and out. He sealed the deal in 1.5 hours which included test driving the vehicle.If you are in the market for car please see Ray! We went looking for a car to drive around town. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and any questions we had that he didn’t know, he found someone who did.
