Chelsea was super helpful, professional and followed up with me just as she said she would regarding a loaner vehicle and a back ordered part.

Bought a 2021 Silverado as is. Had it for a month and transmission started acting up. I called Russell the Service Manager and he said to bring it in so he could look at it. He found out that it needed a torque converter and valve body. He called Chevy and explained the situation and got them to cover the cost of the transmission and rental truck. All I had to do was pay the $500 deductible. I can not thank Russell enough for going out of his way to make sure I was taking care of and got the problem fixed. Thank you sir!
