Had to have my new car towed into Jim Norton for the transmission, Blaine took really good care of me and understood my frustration got me into a loaner and kept me updated while my car was in the shop.

Everyone at T Town Chevy was absolutely AWESOME. Chelsie in service , The Manager Danny , our salesman Anthony and especially thr finance man Hal. All of them deserve 10 thumbs up 👍 👌 . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good car buying experience.

Jim Norton T-Town is a great place, they got me in & out the door in no time. I like how they explain everything and what it will cost before they do any work on my vehicle. Everyone is so nice when you get there. Thank you for great service.

I had an excellent experience at T-Town Chevrolet. The customer service skills of all of the employees I encountered were top notch. I specifically worked with Don Hardcastle, and he took excellent care of my vehicle and I. He went above and beyond to provide the highest quality service. I highly recommend doing business with the great people here.

Don is always professional and top notch. I know there are dealers out there that try and tell you more is wrong with your vehicle than what is true. Don is not one of those. He's honest and upfront and will recommend to everyone I can.
