I love Jim Norton's T-Town Chevrolet dealership and Service Department. February 2026: Don is always very professional and has great customer service. In January I had to trade in my Chevy Sonic (too many repairs needed and getting too expensive to keep operational) for my new Chevy Colorado truck with an exceptional sales rep named Jaelle. A month later Don made sure my free oil change was done in about an hour. I love their quick service while they make sure the servicing gets done correctly. Summer of 2025: Don has exceptional customer service. He has always given me the best advise and made sure I understood what needed to be done to fix my Chevy Sonic. My air/heat blower had stopped working a couple of weeks ago and today I had the blower replaced along with the cabin air filter that caused the blower not to work and additionally had a blown fuse replaced that had been causing a charger port not to work. This was my 2nd time getting something repaired/replaced since last summer. I have also had several oil changes and a full alignment done this year. I am highly satisfied with the service I have received and would highly recommend getting your vehicles serviced at Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet.

When I purchased my vehicle, I elected to add an extra warranty for my wheels and tires. This week, I had to cash in on the warranty and have a wheel repaired. The process at the dealership was easy and just as described in the contract. No hidden fees or hassles.

4/30/2024 Outstanding customer service. Salesman A. "Peanut" Baul showed out for me. He went above and beyond! I told him what I wanted and within a few hours he called and said that he found my car and it will be delivered today! Highly recommend T-Town Chevrolet. Ask for Peanut and tell him Darlene sent me! You won't be disappointed! NEW PURCHASE ON 1/10/2025. This is the 3rd vehicle that I bought from T Town. The 2nd brand new one! As usual Peanut showed out! I told him what i wanted and he delivered! They had to travel and pick the 2025 Trailblazer RS during the snowfall. Not only did Peanut deliver it to my front door, he shoveled the snow and threw rock salt on my driveway, handicapped ramp and sidewalk! He never ceases to amaze me! I will always be a loyal T Town customer! You guys have a hidden gem! PEANUT!🥰 He genuinely cares for his clients. He listens and within a couple of hours, he delivers what you want plus some! Thank you Peanut and T Town Chevrolet for being down to earth and not shady like most dealerships are....you have a returning customer for life!
