Over all it was a good experience

We had an excellent experience with Jim Norton when we purchased our vehicle in 2021, and the great service has continued ever since. Recently, our engine started having trouble, and Don in the service department went above and beyond to take care of us. He got our vehicle in quickly, arranged a loaner, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. His communication and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate the outstanding service from Don and the whole team at Jim Norton!

No problem with the staff; not a good experience- regarding the cost I was charged to get my TPMS system to correctly relearn the sensors in my custom wheels. I was charged $180. My Corvette is less than 3 weeks old. I just don't believe I should have been charged that much money for 15 minutes of work. The service department didn't have to replace the sensors; they didn't take off any wheels; all they had to do was plug in to the onboard computer and perform a relearn- based on what the work order says.

Went in for oil and lube, and to change brake fluid. And while they were rotating the tires, the mechanic stripped out my lock socket for my locking lug nuts, and then didn’t put it back in my car! I had to ask them for it, and he brought it to me. I didn’t look at it then, but said yeah I will need that if I have a flat tire, and then I left. And sure as hell, I had a flat tire shortly after! While changing the tires, I noticed the key socket was stripped, but luckily i was still able to change the tire! Got my tire patched and went back to the dealer, mad as hell. I said, AT THE VERY LEAST, you owe me a new set of locking lug nuts. They got me new ones, but had to go back down there again, for the 3rd time, to get them put on. And of course it took awhile, because he stripped it out earlier! Finally got done, but it was all day and 3 trips there, after I spent over $300 in the first place! I think they owe me more than the locking lug nuts, which their mechanic screwed up in the first place. I will have to think about it, before I take my car back there again! Not real happy. You are a Chevrolet Dealership…supposed to be better than that! I wanted them to fire the mechanic that started all of this, but I know they won’t do that. Hopefully Jim Norton will see this and do something!

We love the dealership and the service manager but parts availability is terrible and the expectation of a speedy repair and getting our trucks back to work quickly is way worse than ever before from GM. Our trucks have many more down days than ever before and we’ve been in business using Chevy and GMC trucks for 50 years plus they cost more than 10 times what they used to.

Thanks to Russell, He noticed something odd about my truck. Russell said, is your truck out of alignment. So, He had the Service Technician look at my truck , only to find. It was missing some things that affected the camber & caster. So, I took my truck back to the mechanic to get it fixed.

I had a very good experience I called expressed my issues and even came in with a few additional things I noticed and or smelled coolant to be specific and they listened and handled the issues and or ordered parts to do the service. Very nice and kept me informed. Honestly never had such an easy carefree experience like this usually you get the run around when it comes to car issues and repairs but I didn’t have any issues. 10/10 no joke. They were awesome.

T-Town Chevy has consistently provided good service for maintenance needs. The Staff is professional, experienced and have met all my expectations for good services. I recently had an issue I could not resolve myself related to Wireless CarPlay. The service advisor in a few short minutes had my CarPlay issue fully resolved. I love Chevy, but this time I was highly disappointed with them. I had to come up with $1572 for a new oil pan. Right after I just got an oil change less than 2 months before my major oil leak. How “they didn’t see” the oil leak was bs to me.

Came in for a scheduled oil change and my advisor, Don, who knows my car discussed recommended services and the need for them. I agreed to have them do the services. During service, they found a coolant hose that is headed to failure and ordered the hose to replace it. I appreciate how the dealership looks over everything and how Don explains the issues.

My salesman and the service people are always very pleasant to deal with, but that finance guy Hal, is very rude. I have bought 2 cars from your dealership, same sales guy. And I have had all my chevy's serviced there too. When buying this most recent truck, Hal treated my finance lady at my Credit Union very badly. She complained that he argued with her when she was trying to explain how she needed the proposal written, but he wasn't having it. He was rude and condescending to me regarding his proposal that clearly I was owed money. The whole purchase took seven days because he did a terrible job on the paperwork and that caused alot of delays in my Credit Union being able to process my loan. I was far from impressed by him, and just about walked away from the whole deal on day 5.

Amazing Service Department, quick in and out service !

The GPS system was not working properly, so I took my Equinox in to have it fixed. You gave me a loaner vehicle, which I appreciate. The reason I didn't give you five stars is because you didn't fix it. The module is on backorder, so I will have to take my Equinox back in to get it replaced after the part arrives. I still cannot use the GPS on my vehicle.

My experience on March 18, 2026 was the best ever. The oil change was done in a very timely manner and the service was great. My hat off to the service department.

Everything went great. Except when it was time to pre register the vehicle. My address was typed incorrectly. I had to call the tag agency quickly to get it changed during my shift at work. It could have been easily avoided. I went through something similar with this dealership my first time purchasing a car here. They spelt my name wrong on all the paper work. So for it to happen again, I just feel if everyone slows down it could easily be avoided. Like I said this happened to my twice with this dealership. This is the only dealership I trust. Everything else 5 stars. This is my second vehicle purchased from you guys!

I had a very poor, terribly aggravating and disappointing experience with South Pointe Chevrolet. The dishonest salesman, Brandon, attempted to mislead my choices and decisions through constant changes with financing. Further, after repeatedly telling him, he tried to push/force my purchase for a vehicle that I didn't want. So, being extremely irritated, I severed communication and searched elsewhere. To my grateful surprise, I discovered Jim Norton TTown and Jacob Parker! He was compassionate, informative and honest. I felt respected and valued, not only as a customer, but also as a person. I felt comfortable explaining my life situation and my hopes for a good, dependable deal with a strong and supportive business. I was not disappointed! After not getting a response for service from Jim Glover Chevrolet, I opted for Jim Norton T-Town. Don Hardcastle was able to get me scheduled to have a Canister Purge Valve replaced on my 2018 Traverse. The work was completed in a timely manner. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

This was warranty work, and the part was on backorder for more than a month. Don was very helpful and professional. He also helped me with a setting on my vehicle that I didn't like.

Oil & Filter change with all checks and topoff of windshield washer fluid, all done in less than an hour (without appointment) with great communication/progress report from service advisor. The exterior carwash was an added bonus. The new dealer facility is great. Will return. for next service.

Don the service advisor is great. My problem with this visit is the people in the shop. I had an appointment for 9:00 and it took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation, which they did not do. When I got in my truck to go home I checked the tire pressure and oil life setting. The oil live setting was not reset, which I did, which was no problem. The tire pressures were the same and usually they have been filled to appropriate air pressure. So I looked at my paperwork and did not see tire rotation. I called Don and he told me where it was on my paperwork and should be complete. The day before I had scraped my right rear tire against a curb, so when I got home I checked and tires were not rotated. I called Don back and told him and we would do it next time because I did want to spend $10 in gas to go back in and possible wait another 2 hours. I have never waited 2 hours in all me years to get an oil change and find all this very disappointing. I really expect better service then this.

Russell came to me with the diagnostic report told me the issues I was having with my vehicle. When it was time for the repair he explained the parts would have to be ordered. He asked his supervisor if they could get me into a loaner. After the oarts needed were installed had another issue with the fuel pump. Russell called to verify if I wanted it fixed. The service was too notch and is the reason why I choose to bring my vehicle here instead of the dealerships I pass to get to T-Town Chevy

Easy process

Went in for oil change in 2025 Chevy Trax. Service was quick & very friendly

Went in for an oil change, after oil change the check engine light was on, noticed before I left the dealership. Returned to let them know. The tech ran code check showed O2 sensor, cleared it. Left the dealership again. Got to memorial and more lights to show up on the dash and car really didn't want to drive right, so came back again. Tech ran codes again, fuel system delivery code popped up. Had to leave car there and get loaner. Returned two days later to pick up car. Was told it was an O2 sensor that caused the issues. On the drive home low tire sensor light popped on. Checked tire pressure sensor info and driver rear doesn't show data, so guessing it got messed up when the dealership rotated the tires. Idk

The service experience at Jim Norton T-Town is excellent. Service Advisor (Russell) meets you at your vehicle and communicates through the entire appointment. Comfortable waiting area as well with furnishings that allow the customer to work while waiting. I’ve purchased two new vehicles in the last three years. One at Jim Norton T-Town and the other in OKC metro. We’ve transferred all service work on the vehicle purchased in OKC to Jim Norton T-Town even though OKC is closer to our home in Stillwater. When I purchased my 2020 truck I also purchased the 10 year - 150K bumper to bumper warranty for the tidy sum of $3250.00. At the 5-year mark and 87K miles I experienced a pin hole radiator leak and was told that it was not covered by the warranty because it "may have been caused by a foreign object". How foreign object could have gotten past the shielding and condenser coil is a mystery. Now I am out the original $3250.00 plus the repair of $2203.00. Thank you very much.

I was distraught over my truck being broken and took it to Jim Norton and they wanted me to leave the truck and couldn't look at it for days, and then they couldn't tell me if and when they could fix it, my wife reminded me that tea town where we bought her. Car could look at it ned, given her service pretty quickly. I drove over there and you guys immediately took my truck diagnosed the problem.Come up with a price and said you could fix it that day.And that's exactly what you did , and I was so appreciative and still am ,

Overall good experience just a bit timely and it seemed a bit disorganized at 1st. After I set an appointment I got 2 to 3 different text messages from different managers about how excited they are for me to come in and how they are excited to meet me. But day of the appointment time of the appointment I show up and my original salesman wasn’t there the two managers that I asked for from the names of the messages received seem to have no idea. I understand the messages are automated but still just seemed a bit disorganized. But after it got figured out everything went smooth

Jacob Parker was so helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. He was very patience and showed me several vehicles. He explained and answered all my question. I was wanting a silver car but it didn't have a sunroof. The Manager and Jacob suggested that I drive an equinox just to make sure it was what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all. I went for a test drive with Jacob. I loved the equinox. It had all the features I was looking for. I decided to buy it. I really didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Jacob stayed with me and explained everything that was going to happen with purchasing process. I picked my car up the next day. Thursday was Jacob's day off, but he came in to make sure I had everything I needed. Jacob went over a few details with the car. Help me set up apps. I would recommend Jim Norton T-Town, if you need a new car. They did exactly what they said they would do. Go see Jacob Parker, you will not be disappointed. The Manager is great also. Great Customer Service!!

Never have anything but excellent service from the service dept. Why I am considering staying with Don & Wayne after my 27 Z06 arrives from another Dealer. Tried hard to buy again from TTown but never got an allocation call in 25 or 26 and I was suppose to be on lists. But have a great relationship with service and that is more important.

All though the service team is great my problem still exists, and I’m about to travel next month I’m very Leary about the trip because of the function of the main radio component inop at times of need GPS goes out system goes blank
