Jacob Parker was so helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. He was very patience and showed me several vehicles. He explained and answered all my question. I was wanting a silver car but it didn't have a sunroof. The Manager and Jacob suggested that I drive an equinox just to make sure it was what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all. I went for a test drive with Jacob. I loved the equinox. It had all the features I was looking for. I decided to buy it. I really didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Jacob stayed with me and explained everything that was going to happen with purchasing process. I picked my car up the next day. Thursday was Jacob's day off, but he came in to make sure I had everything I needed. Jacob went over a few details with the car. Help me set up apps. I would recommend Jim Norton T-Town, if you need a new car. They did exactly what they said they would do. Go see Jacob Parker, you will not be disappointed. The Manager is great also. Great Customer Service!!
