The 2027 Corvette Grand Sport cabin is built around the driver rather than shared down the middle, and the one scope fact buyers get wrong is that none of it includes hands-free driving. No Corvette offers Super Cruise or adaptive cruise control. 2027 Corvette Grand Sport Infotainment and Connectivity

Wireless phone projection is standard on every equipment level, as is the wireless charging pad in the centre console, and the car is Google built-in compatible. That combination means the phone stays in the console and out of your hand, which on the Broken Arrow Expressway is the entire point.

Audio splits at the first step of the ladder. The 1LT carries a 10-speaker Bose system. From 2LT upward it becomes the 14-speaker Bose Performance Series. In a cabin this small with this much mechanical noise behind the bulkhead, the larger system is a genuinely different listening experience rather than a badge.

Super Cruise and Hands-Free Driving

The Corvette does not offer Super Cruise, and it does not offer adaptive cruise control either. That applies to the Grand Sport, the Grand Sport X and every other variant in the range. If you have driven a Silverado or a Tahoe with Super Cruise and expected to find it here, this is the difference worth knowing before you order.

What replaces it is a driver-facing suite built for a car you are meant to be driving. Performance Traction Management manages slip across selectable modes. The configurable Performance App puts live horsepower and torque graphs on screen over intervals you choose, alongside vehicle capability data. Both are standard equipment rather than package items.

Standard Driver Assistance Features

Every Grand Sport carries an HD rear vision camera and a rear camera mirror. The braking and collision-warning suite Chevrolet fits across its range is standard here too. On a car 79.7 inches wide with mid-engine sightlines, the camera mirror does more work than the specification sheet suggests, because the view over your shoulder is largely bodywork.

Available Driver Assistance and Packages

Two items arrive together at 2LT and they are the reason most buyers who drive the car regularly step up. Rear cross traffic alert and side blind zone alert become standard, and so does the head-up display. Reversing out of a bay in a Tulsa parking structure, or merging onto US-169 from a short ramp, is where all three earn the $7,100.

The Performance Data Recorder is also standard from 2LT. It records lap data and plays it back through the car's own displays with automated coaching tips highlighting where time is available, a graphical analysis of each lap, and side-by-side video comparing different sessions or different drivers. On the Grand Sport X the same equipment arrives one level earlier, with the head-up display standard from 1LT and an HD curb view camera added at 2LT.

Inside the Cabin: Seats, Trim and Colour

Three seat designs. The GT1 is standard on 1LT and 2LT, wrapped in genuine Mulan leather and shaped for distance. The GT2 is available on 2LT and standard on 3LT, adding carbon-fibre trim, a seatback halo and Napa leather. The Competition Sport seat is available across the range, pairing Napa leather with performance textile in the high-wear areas, and on 1LT that textile covers the whole seat.

A split configuration pairs a Competition Sport driver's seat with a GT2 for the passenger, offered only with the asymmetrical Adrenaline Red or Santorini Blue interiors. The 3LT opens 14 interior colour combinations, wraps the instrument panel and doors in custom leather and runs sueded microfiber across the upper trim. Chevrolet's inaugural Launch Edition treatment dips the cabin in Santorini Blue and adds custom stitching, embossed headrest logos and a waterfall badge plaque.
